"The Beatles World Ambassadors"

"DANGER FOUR"

Danger Four was started on Montevideo, Uruguay in 1983 by their leader and founder Coco Boudakian. They were the first band in America to recreate The Beatles, using their same outfits, gear and instruments (all of them bought from private collectors) to achieve the true Beatle sound.

After 120 shows in a year at the Millington Drake theatre in Montevideo and sponsored by the Great Britain Embassy on Uruguay, they reached the cover of several newspapers and magazines, making their fame even larger and starting a cycle of tours around the country.

Danger Four met Juan Alberto Badia when they played on Punta del Este on the summer of 1986. Badia gave them an invitation to travel to Argentina to open his TV show Badia& Co. An over whelming number of phone calls ended up blocking the phone lines of Canal 13 on the day of their debut. At that moment, Juan Alberto Badia decided to announce them for the next Saturday and, due to the massive response of the audience, Danger Four finally settled on Argentina.

Now, as an acclaimed group, and excelling on their interpretation of The Beatles songs, they have the honor of being interviewed by Barry Tomalyn (an elite journalist of the BBC from London, who used to cover The Beatles on their tours on the 60s), who travels to South America to interview the "Uruguayan Beatle Phenomenon".

The result was instantaneous, and they were named "Itinerant Ambassadors of The Beatles" by the English news network, who also produced a special show "At the foot of Big Ben", dedicated to Danger Four and hosted by Maria Elena Etchegaray, a BBC correspondent.

Today, as the greatest models of Beatles music and pioneers on their craft with a career spanning over 30 years, "Danger Four" keeps spreading the marvelous discography of the Liverpool prodigies.

Their show breaks generational barriers and captivates both old and young from start to end!

Permanently fresh and with the strength of their faithful reproductions of the songs that made The Beatles famous, they devote themselves completely to the art of recreating all eras of the Fab Four, and on that task Danger Four leave their stamp of musical excellence, modernity, charisma and audience interaction.

Shea Stadium (US), Quinta Vergara (Viña del Mar-Chile), Teatro Solís (Uruguay), Palacio Peñarol (Montevideo-ROU), Estadio Mundialista Mar del Plata, Teatro Argentino de La Plata (Bs. As), Teatro Gran Rex (Mendoza-ARG),Teatro Opera (Bs As), Estadio Obras Sanitarias, Teatro Coliseo, etc. are just some of the distinguished venues where Danger Four has played.

"Close your eyes and you will hear THE BEATLES" is the slogan proposed to the public by Danger Four, who in turn respond with their presence and applause, and make this great band last over time with high attendance numbers.
